These are
samples of VBA forms that we created in Microsoft Excel.
The first form
is a cue developer using drop down menus that allowed the operator to create
automation show scripts easily that would later be uploaded into the show
system. Originally, the scripts had to be created line by line using
numbers instead of the descriptive text.
The second
form was a daily form generator. All of the daily tracking records
were compiled into a simpler interface and filled out only once. At
the end of the day, the "Report Master" would divide up the information into
the various reports, archive a copy of each report on a network drive, and
then e-mail the reports to the appropriate distribution lists. |
